Always owned GSX-Rs but just bought a TL1000R. Some of the tech is showing it’s age. 1998 fuel injection doesn’t compare to my 750-K4’s silky delivery. Changed the front brake pads to EBC HHs and this transformed the stopping power. Overall though this machine is lunatic fun. Strengths: Sets off car alarms. Sounds like it’s ticking over at 150mph.
